Eat to Your Ideals

Some folks want to eat more organic or local or seasonal or ethically-raised food. Others have food allergies that prevent them from consuming certain types of food. And many want to eat healthier meals, learn how to cook for themselves, and simply be able to afford the foods they desire.

If any of these resonate with you, then you may want to consider a menu consultation.

The menu consultation provides a comprehensive kitchen plan – from shopping to cooking to clean up. Over the course of four weeks I will write 3 weekly menus for your household. Each meal plan will accommodate

  • your dietary values (i.e. eating organic, local or seasonal)
  • your food allergies (i.e. gluten, dairy, nuts, soy)
  • your household food budget
  • your work schedule

The weekly menu includes a complete grocery shopping list, recipes for the suggested meals and a schedule for preparing the meals throughout the week. On the last week we will write a menu together using the “official meal planning strategy guide.” (See below.) Throughout the month, I follow-up weekly to assess the menu and discuss any questions, concerns or interests that arise. The cost for a consultation is $190.
